Good software.
Useful AI.

Product builds, practical AI features and automation that gives your team time back. From a focused first release to keeping it running.

MVP sprint

Take a product idea or an AI use case from first sketch to a working release. Start with one useful problem, agree a tight scope and review progress together each week.

AI & AUTOMATION

Make the everyday work lighter.

Start with the job that needs doing. These are a few ways I can help you put AI to work.

Less copying. Less chasing.

Extract details from documents, sort incoming requests and prepare drafts for your team to review. Connect the result to the tools you already use.

For example: an enquiry becomes a draft CRM record.

Answers from your own information.

Build search and assistants around your documents and product knowledge, with source references and access rules that reflect who is using them.

For example: a support assistant that points to the relevant guide.

AI that can get work done.

Connect an assistant to a defined workflow: gather information, suggest the next step and carry out approved actions. Put review points where they matter.

For example: prepare a weekly report from several systems.

A small start. A proper foundation.

I test a focused workflow against real examples, agree success criteria with you and explain the running costs. Clear permissions, review points and a useful fallback are part of the build.

Questions

The ones everyone asks

Where would AI actually help my business?

Start with a task your team repeats: reading documents, finding information or moving it between systems. I help you pick one workflow, check the data and try a small prototype against real examples before committing to a bigger build.

How do you handle AI mistakes and company data?

You and I agree which data a feature can access, where it goes and which actions need approval. I build in checks using representative examples, useful failure handling and a way for people to review or correct the output. Provider settings, running costs and data requirements are part of the scope.

Do you use AI to build the software too?

Yes. I use AI to help explore, implement and review work. I stay responsible for the architecture, code review and testing, and for leaving a codebase that another developer can understand and maintain.

Who owns the code?

You do, from day one. The repo lives in your org, the accounts are in your name, and nothing is held hostage.

What if I need it faster?

Sometimes possible, honestly answered up front. A tighter scope beats a longer week: I can suggest a smaller first release.

Do you do design too?

Enough to ship something people can actually use. If the project needs specialist brand or design work, I discuss that with you before agreeing the scope.

What happens if you get hit by a bus?

I aim to make the project straightforward for another developer to pick up, with code in your organisation and documentation alongside it. You and I agree access, support and handover arrangements as part of the scope.

Not sure which
one you need?

Describe the mess in two lines and I'll tell you honestly.
